Director , French speaker, to generate new revenue in the French
Speaking countries and North Africa.
The candidate: this
is a high-profile sales role, with responsibility for leading
the sales effort across France, Belgium, Luxemburg and parts of
North Africa. This is a
direct sales, target based performance position offering base salary,
commission and bonus. You will be expected to develop new
relationships and convert them into new accounts.
Utilising your extensive network of financial institution contacts
across Europe at the CRO, CFO and credit officer level, you be
responsible for growing the company's business by persuading and
negotiating effectively at this level
Qualifications
and experience:
·
It
is essential that you have significant sales/business development
experience, probably 10-15 years, within the fixed income and risk
management arena within Europe with a proven track record in
developing new business and growing revenue streams.
·
You
must have an understanding of risk management requirements
in strategic decision making, risk identification, risk quantification
/ quantitative modelling processes.
·
Ability
to form clear strategic business plans for business development within
a specific market and geography
·
Given
the nature of this position, we are seeking an articulate, personable
and energetic self-starter. It is essential that you have
excellent communication skills, fluency in both written and verbal
forms of French and English is essential.

You
must be self-motivated and able to generate ideas and demonstrate
initiative, tenacity and perseverance from cold call initial contact to
closing

Must have:
- at

In addition to clearly leading the
way worldwide in the arena of solutions for credit derivatives,
Valuations, Indices. cds's, etc..., this very fast growing company has
also recently launched a first class risk analytics software which is
part of their strong and constant growth.
This is a role for a Senior Sales Executive with good knowledge of
risk management principles, specifically with respect to traded Market
and Credit risk. We would like to hear from risk management
professionals with a proven track record in enterprise software sales
to sell-side institutions within Germany, Italy or Benelux
/Scandinavia . This role will focus on selling their market leading
software for the pricing and analysis of exotic options and the risk
management of large, complex portfolios. Clients include global Tier
One banks, central banks, hedge funds, and investment firms.
You will need to have a broad understanding of the investment bank
trading process, particularly relating to derivative trading and with
an understanding of risk management principles, specifically with
respect to traded Market and Credit risk, and associated regulation.
Successful candidates will be responsible for generating new business
sales revenue from software licencing and services sales within their
region.
As a high calibre candidate, and in order to be successful
in your application you will need to have:
• A solid educational background ideally to degree level or
higher
• A broad understanding of the investment bank trading process,
particularly relating to derivative trading and risk management
• A good understanding of risk management principles, specifically
with respect to traded Market and Credit risk, and associated
regulation
• A proven track record in enterprise software sales within the
financial markets selling €750k to €3million software licences
plus services to sell side institutions
